John Lefkaditis graduated from the School of Hospitality & Hotel Management in Rhodes Greece. Upon graduating John began his career by managing hotels as well as consulting restaurants, and bars within the Greek Isles. He later furthered his career path while working for various restaurant employers in several European Countries. John joined the Buckhead Life Restaurant Group in 1987 and successfully performed daily restaurant operations as the Assistant Manager for the Fish Market at Lenox Square.
John became the General Manager for 103 West where he supervised the quality of food & beverage on a daily basis and provided an upscale dining experience to its customers. Since then he has contributed his knowledge toward the opening of Kyma and in 2003 he became the proud owner of his most beloved neighborhood Italian restaurant fondly known as La Strada.
